LRSD MINI STARS
Ages 4-7 years (for students that attend school)
Our Mini Stars classes are especially designed to suit this age group perfectly. The classes are fun and energetic with a freestyle aspect for creativity and personal expression. The students become confident and independent individuals. Many of our students can start classes being super shy and quiet, but over time they find their confidence and even surprise parents when they perform in front of 300+ audiences in our shows!
Mini Stars will learn steps, sequences and dances.
In Acro our Mini Stars begin to work on flexibility, strength work and basic Acro tricks. They will also learn an Acro Dance routine throughout the term, putting their Acro tricks they have learnt into a dance sequence.

In Ballet our Mini Stars start to learn the French terminology and learn a basic understanding of technique.

In Cheerleading our Mini Stars will learn high energy moves, motivational cheers and chants in a fun and energetic class.

In Modern/Jazz/Street Combo our Mini Stars start to learn technique, gain strength and enjoy learning fun routines to a wide range of music from musicals, to Disney, to current chart music.

In Musical Theatre our Mini Stars will learn songs, script work and dances to lots of amazing musicals and animations. Mini Stars learn vocal warm ups, as well as vocal and acting techniques.

In Street Dance our Mini Stars enjoy fun structured classes, introducing many styles of Street Dance, including basic Break Dancing floor work. We finish classes with freestyle, giving our pupils a chance to shine and express themselves through movement.
