LRSD Showcase - Sunday 25th January 2026
The Oaks Theatre, Knole Academy, Bradbourne Vale Road, Sevenoaks, TN13 3LE
We are running 3 separate showcases this January as we have nearly 350 pupils taking part.
You will have been emailed which showcase(s) your son/daughter(s) are taking part in - please refer to your email to find out which group you need the timings for
SHOWCASE 1 - Arrival 9.30am - Approx Finish Time 10.45am
SHOWCASE 2 - Arrival 11.00am - Approx Finish Time 12.25pm
SHOWCASE 3 - Arrival 12.45pm - Approx Finish Time 2.10pm
Full correct uniform with correct footwear is required for the showcase.

Please make sure girls hair is tied back and looking tidy (pony tail/french plait/bunches etc) and a bun for all ballet students.
(If your dancer is in more than one class, including ballet-have a bun for whole showcase)
(If your dancer is on more than one class, we will let you know a couple of weeks before the showcase which uniform they need to wear first and then they can just change their shoes for the correct dance and put LRSD t-shirt on over ballet uniform)
Students don't need to bring anything with them (unless they have more than one pair of dance shoes to change)
Parents, please keep hold of belongings for students as we don't have the room in the student area and water bottles etc can sometimes be a distraction!
Please change your child's dance shoes outside in the foyer area and keep the outdoor shoes with you.
At the end of the showcase, we will give students their medals and ask just one parent/guardian to come forward to collect students.
If your son/daughter is in the 2nd group or 3rd group, please do not arrive too early as we will the 1st group performing.
We need to keep the foyer clear for students and families leaving, otherwise we will get congestion which will lead to late start times which we hope to avoid.
The car parking is next to the theatre on the site.
No tickets are required due to this event being free for our LRSD families, however we can only allow 3 seats per family as we are very restricted with audience numbers. (A small child on a lap is fine if needed)
Families who are watching more than one performance due to multiple children/classes, can stay in theatre before the next group arrives.
Photographs and videos are permitted during the performance.
We all must ensure that we protect and safeguard ALL children, many of whom do not want their photograph shared online or, who for safety reasons, MUST NOT HAVE THEIR IMAGE ONLINE
Any photographs or videos, either posted online or shared with other family members/friends, MUST ONLY BE OF YOUR OWN CHILD and MUST NOT show any other children at the school.
