(Please note it hasn’t been possible to put everyone in with their own son/daughter but hope you can understand we need to have all areas covered. We may need to make further changes nearer the show/on the day)

A huge thank you to everyone for taking the time to volunteer to help and thank you to our chaperones for taking the time to do the course - we are SO grateful.

Arrival times for chaperones and helpers (please note, you can bring your students at this time too to sign in and beat the queues!

Saturday infant rehearsal and mini performance - arrive 9.30am and finish after mini show approx 2.00pm

Saturday junior and senior rehearsal and mini performance  - arrive 2.45pm and finish after mini show approx 7.30pm

Sunday 1.30pm show - arrive 11.50am and finish after show approx 3.40pm

Sunday 6.30pm show - 5.05pm and finish after show approx 8.40pm

Please read the chaperone/helpers notes above so that you know what to expect/do on the day. There will be a short briefing when you arrive but we won’t have long before students start arriving.

Please wear black/dark clothing and comfy shoes! Bring food (not nuts) and plenty to drink for the amount of time you will be at the theatre.

Please bring your Chaperone Licence and we have lanyards to borrow if you need one.
